Homage Classic Fit Sweatshirt - Italy
When the founders first pitched a sweatshirt with a fully embroidered flag in the late 1980s, most local manufacturers in Winnipeg turned them down. They held onto the idea, and the flag sweatshirt went on to define Mondetta’s early years. The Homage returns to that original layout, with the flag at the chest and the country’s call letters at the back.
Italy’s tricolore is rendered in high-quality, precision embroidery, while ITA is stitched across the back in canvas lettering that matches the colours of the flag. Made from organic cotton, the medium weight cotton fleece is soft, breathable and ultra-cozy, with a peached interior for next-to-skin comfort and ribbed trim for a polished finish. The classic fit draws on a ’90s throwback silhouette, with clean lines and a fitted waistband.
