E-Commerce Manager

As E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for the performance, growth, and customer experience of our online store. Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement a digital growth strategy aligned with brand objectives
  • Identify and execute initiatives to increase conversion rate, average order value, and customer retention
Site Management
  • Oversee product uploads, collections, navigation, and on-site merchandising
  • Ensure the site is always optimized for performance, mobile usability, and SEO best practices

Qualifications

  • Strong eye for design, merchandising, and UX best practices
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort using tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity

Apparel Designer

Reporting to our Design Director, the Designer is responsible for the development of new designs to enhance the company’s business, market share and profitability. Based on sales data and market research, Designers forecast future trends and help formulate the company’s product strategy. In line with the strategy the Designer develops new collections starting with CADs and then making physical samples partnering with suppliers, manufacturers, customers, and other departments. The Designer works with our internal teams to develop custom product for each specific brand.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Accessories & packaged Basics collections for in-house brands. This design role will be focused Accessories but flexibility to work on various programs will be an asset. Accessories include, but are not limited to, bags, hats, socks, intimates & equipment in the activewear space.
  • Create line sheets for product development teams and for overseas factory use.
  • Create storyboards/inspiration boards for upcoming collections.
  • Forecast fabrication, silhouette, print, colour, and trends.
  • Follow through from design creation to sample development.
  • Work with offshore vendors and manufacturers as well as internal teams to bring samples to fruition.
  • Responsible for portion of collection from a design, colour, intention and construction standpoint.
  • Work closely with sales and production teams on an ongoing basis to ensure the designs suit the clients, consumer, market, and end user.

Performance Standards

  • Successfully captures and interprets seasonal trends apt for their customer requirements based on design, fabric, color/prints. Digestible for internal & external stakeholders.
  • Creates line sheets with accurate information and details for product developments teams & factories to be interpreted with ease.
  • Successfully prioritizes and manages workload independently.
  • Understands products & presents collections well with customers and with internal teams.
  • Understands customer’s processes and requirements.
  • Displays resilience and commitment with the updating processes of consistently adapting programs.
  • Maintains communication with the Design Director keeping them appraised of critical incidents and escalating issues at the right time.
  • Seeing larger picture than day to day and understanding company goals and how they relate to their program.
  • Aligns well with company’s B Corp initiatives and considers carbon footprint impacts in their daily actions.

Qualifications

  • University graduate in Fashion Arts or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in Accessories
  • Must have expert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Possesses fiber, yarn and fabric knowledge with a key emphasis on performance fabrications
  • Knowledge of garment construction and fit
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Seasonal travel will be required

Account Manager (Strategic Accounts)

Mondetta is looking for a strategic, customer-focused Account Manager to join our team for managing large strategic accounts. This is a growth position for someone who thrives in high-stakes environments, builds strong relationships, and can balance details with the big picture.

You’ll be the primary liaison for key national and international accounts, managing day-to-day operations, resolving escalations, and driving long-term program growth. You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure seamless customer service and deliver insights that shape our business strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with key accounts and retail partners to influence key decisions, generate business, and meet sales objectives for Mondetta. Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned accounts, maintaining strong relationships and high-touch communication (email, phone, and in-person).
  • Manage ongoing program execution to maintain day-to-day branches of key customers, including dashboard reporting, business planning and analysis of client needs (present & future).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely execution. Proactively advise internal departments of upcoming orders, customer performance and opportunities coming down the pipeline.
  • Create digestible content and reporting for internal stakeholders and external customers, including executives & customers. Build dashboards, calendars and reporting tools for internal visibility and customer transparency.
  • Develop strategic account plans and identify growth opportunities across banners.
  • Engage in product reviews and high-stakes product presentations with key banners.
  • Understand customer structures, marketing and allocation models to inform strategy, negotiation and support new business development.
  • Communicate and negotiate with vendor partners to ensure best service to customers, including by not limited to price & timeline negotiations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing high-stakes customer accounts & relationships, experience with large retail customers would be an asset. Post-secondary education with a focus on business administration or sales an asset.
  • Ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with clients, internal teams and vendors. Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation.
  • Demonstrated acute business sense. Ability to work meticulously with numbers to translate them into useful business information to support various stakeholders. Data-driven mindset with experience creating reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong initiative – a self-starter approach with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives. Detail oriented with a “big picture” mindset. Thrives in a team environment and can foster collaboration.
  • Skilled in negotiation and influence; know when to be firm and when to compromise.
