- Final Sale items are clearly marked 'Final Sale' with a dropdown link of our Return Policy on each product page of applicable Final Sale items.
- Final Sale items are not refundable, exchangeable, eligible for price adjustments nor eligible for credit.

Price Adjustments |
We are happy to accommodate a one-time price adjustment for an item if it goes on permanent markdown within 14 days of your order’s purchase date. A refund or price difference will be issued back to the original form of payment. Price adjustments will not be accommodated for any items that are part of Flash Sales, short-term campaigns, Black Friday, Cyber Monday or Boxing Week events. Price adjustments will not be made for final sale items or previously discounted items. |
Exchanges |
- Exchanges are accepted within
30 days 60 days (extended window for orders placed up until December 15, 2024) of receiving your order shipped confirmation email.
- Exchanges must be placed in the mail within 5 business days of receiving your shipping label.
- Exchanges are accepted on items in their original condition (unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached).
- Exchanges can only be done for the SAME item in a different size or color. Please view our Size Guide to find out how our styling fits your body type.
- If you'd like to Exchange for a different item, a refund will be made, and a new order should be placed.
- Exchanges are accepted on previously exchanged items ; however, shipping is only free for the first Exchange.
- The 30-day threshold resets when an exchanged item is shipped back to you.
- Exchanges will only be accepted when shipped with an authorized shipping label
- Each order qualifies for one free shipping label (for additional Exchanges, Standard Ground Shipping will be charged to the customer).

Returns |
- Returns are accepted within

- Returns are accepted on all regular priced and select sale items (NOT Final Sale) in their original condition (unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached).
- Local Returns for Winnipeg residents: For your convenience you may return your item(s) directly to our head office front entrance (reception) at 1109 Winnipeg Avenue. *Important: Your return must still include a print-out of your emailed shipping label along with the items in their original condition, including all packaging and tags still attached. Also be aware, any refunds or exchanges will not be processed at that same time. We will process the return in the same manner (within 2 business days) as all of our online customers.

Refunds |
- It can take up to 5 business days for funds to be transferred and the transaction to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
- Please note that any shipping fees incurred are not refundable.

In-Store Credit |
In Store merchandise credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. |
Gift with Purchase Promotion |
During any 'Gift With Purchase' promotion, the free item is yours to enjoy. However, if you decide to return any of your purchased items, you MUST return the 'free gift' as well, otherwise the full retail value of the 'free gift' will be deducted from your refund along with any associated return shipping charges. |
Minimum Purchase Based Thresholds |
If you received a discount based on a minimum order requirement (BOGO, $149 minimum etc.) and wish to return items resulting in your order value dropping below the minimum, your purchase will no longer qualify for the discount and the value of your credit/discount will be deducted from your refund. |
Undergarments & Swimwear (Intimates) |
- Undergarments and swimwear (intimates) may only be Exchanged ONCE per customer.
- Undergarments and swimwear (intimates) for Return or Exchange must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition and packaging.
- For hygiene purposes, please try undergarments/swimwear on over your underwear.

Affiliated Retailer Purchases |
Returns or exchanges from other affiliated retail stores carrying our products will not be accepted at our website. This is at the sole discretion of the retailer. |
